advise us when you make your payment as it takes about 1-2 business days to receive it through Bank
Wire Transfer.
3. Once payment is received in full, we will proceed with your order from our offices in Melbourne, Vic.
All information regarding your order such as tracking of shipment will be forwarded to you as soon as it is available
to us.
4. Please allow 1-3 days for delivery. you can check our delivery prices with AusPost web site
5. If item is not in stock the waiting period of production is 7-14 days.

SAMPLES

Due to the nature of our business and a consistent volume of sales we have decided to halt all sample distrubution. You can place one minimum quantity order through us and once you are satisfied you can purchase larger quantities.

However, if you do need a sample before purchasing wholesale the price will be the item listed price X10. For example if the price of a handbag on our site is $5 it will then be $50 plus shipping in order to receive a sample.

delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived, we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.
